Development
Developing one's self into the person they desire to be is often the most meaningful part of our human existence. I have always held the belief that we control our effort, mindset, and goals in relation to how we go about our development. In my various endeavors, I know I rarely had the most beneficial support system, background, or experience. What I always made certain of is that I never stopped pushing myself to set lofty goals, stay hungry and positive, and work with an unrelenting fervor to find ways to be successful. The beautiful thing about this approach is that anyone can adopt it.

Myers-Briggs
Understanding who you are is a prerequisite to understanding the person you desire to become. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator categorizes individuals into 16 distinct personality types. By assigning a binary value to four categories and obtaining information from a self-reported test, a four letter result is obtained, providing insight into one's psychological type.

My Type
ISTJ is my four letter personality type, indicating the presence of Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, and Judging in my psychological breakdown. These breakdowns can let us know where our strengths and best practices may lie, as well as give us insight into where we may be able to improve or be aware of potential blind spots in our thinking and actions.
